YOUR BOOKING

At the time of making the booking / as a condition of a booking and on your booking confirmation you will be advised that we kindly require all passengers to wear a facial covering for the duration of the journey (including entry & exit of the vehicle). We will also advise you if the vehicle of your choice will enable social distancing of 2m between driver and passenger.

The driver can refuse the journey if the passenger does not wear a face covering.

All our chauffeurs must wear a face mask.

We have reduced the number of passengers in each car therefore no one is permitted to sit in the front seat next to the driver.

There will be no handshakes, so the driver will greet you with a slight bow instead.

We advise:

The passenger to enter the vehicle via the rear side passenger door (diagonally opposite the driver) and to sit in the rear side passenger seat during the duration of the journey.

To travel alone or with other members of their household.

When finishing your journey, we recommend you:

To wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with the soap or sanitize your hands as soon as possible.
