What chauffeur vehicles do you have?

Our main vehicle of choice is the luxury Mercedes V Class MPV, we also have the beautiful Mercedes<br /> S Class available for VIP bookings.

How many passengers do you carry?

The Mercedes V Class conveys six passengers in comfort. The Mercedes S Class is licensed for four passengers, however due to the seating layout we would suggest no more than three passengers for ultimate comfort.

Do you track inbound flights?
a

We track flights and their arrival times. Early or late we will be aware. Our drivers generally will stay in a terminal for up to 2 hours after touchdown. We build in a generous waiting time and parking costs to our airport and port pickup rates. Our driver will leave if we do not hear from you after 2 hours we will then charge for the transfer based on a no show. Understandably should you call for our driver to return after this time it will be treated as a new journey. Private aviation rates may vary based on advised arrival time

How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?

Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it and will wait next to the information desk. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call us on 0477 659 295 from any telephone box at the airport and we will locate your driver for you.

Is your driver insured and licensed?

Our driver is licensed and insured. We allow you to choose the most luxurious and comfortable car waiting for you at the airport. Local taxis are not convenient. You will have to book these services at the last minute. For those who carry heavy luggage and children, this can be very time-consuming and tedious.

How long is the trip between the airport & Melbourne CBD?

The total trip time between airport terminal & city location takes from 30 to 40 minutes from Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport & 60-80 minutes from Avalon Airport depending on time of day and traffic conditions also it might take longer if there is public transport strike or road works.

Do You Have Transportation For Funerals?

Yes we offer a proper Chauffeured transport service for all funerals.

How Safe Are Our Chauffeured Cars?

All of our cars are no more than a few years old – they have been tested to meet the latest industry safety standard requirements, and are tested regularly. Please be assured that you will be traveling in some of the safest cars on the road today. Our cars are top-of-the-range, employing state of the art technology, so you can be sure you will be looked after in safety and comfort.

You can be certain of that. All of our drivers sign confidentiality agreements with Palladium Chauffeurs prior to commencement of employment. Everything that is said in the car, stays in the car.

What are your office hours?

Will my chauffeur assist with my luggage ?

Yes. Your chauffeur will always offer and be happy to help you carry your luggage.

What attire can I expect my chauffeur to wear ?

All our chauffeurs must wear our company uniform – Black suit, and red company tie, along with a unique Palladium Chauffeurs name tag.

Can I set up an account with Palladium Chauffeurs ?

Absolutely. Especially if you require a large volume of bookings, we recommend setting up a business account with us to streamline this process. You will then be invoiced for all trips on a monthly basis. Feel free to give our office a call for more information.

Will I be notified when my vehicle arrives ?
a

At our office we provide our clients with all driver details 15 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time – this includes your chauffeur's contact name and number, and vehicle make model and registration number. Additionally, our driver will contact you when he arrives at your requested location.
